About your therapist
A space where you can be honest about what's going on
I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are, feel heard, and know you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. Whether you’re navigating stress, self-doubt, or difficult emotions, I hope to offer a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re going through, and begin to find a way forward that feels right for you. If this feels like the kind of support you’re looking for, I’d love to connect.

Asking for help can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re used to being the one who holds everything together. I believe there is something meaningful about having a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of the things you may have been carrying on your own.
My approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and a person-centred approach, I work alongside you to explore your emotions, relationships, and experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You don’t need to have all the answers or know where to begin. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself, make sense of what you’re carrying, and feel supported along the way.
My Christian faith is an important part of who I am and shapes how I see the worth and uniqueness of each person. I believe there is hope even in difficult seasons, and that we don’t have to navigate them alone. If faith or spirituality is important to you, I welcome those conversations and the space to explore what they mean in your life. Above all, I want you to feel that your experiences, values, and beliefs are respected and honoured in our work together. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones and appreciating the quieter moments in life. I think there’s something meaningful about having the space to slow down, reflect, and better understand ourselves. It’s a big part of why I value the work I do, and I feel grateful and honoured to be able to support people as they navigate life’s ups and downs.

My philosophy
You are not a problem to be solved
I don't believe people need to be fixed. I believe we all need spaces where we can feel understood, make sense of our experiences, and find new ways of moving forward. Therapy isn't about arriving at a destination — it's about learning to walk more freely. I'd be honoured to support you in that process.
There is a peace that surpasses understanding — and I believe you can find your way toward it.
