I offer a free 15-minute phone or video call so we can connect before committing to anything.
Session format
Sessions are available in person and online via secure video — across Ontario.
Session fee
$165 per 50-minute session. Many extended health benefit plans cover Registered Psychotherapy.
Response time
I aim to respond to all inquiries within one to two business days.
